I did log a ticket yesterday, however I've only just now received the first (AI generated) acknowledgement.
SheenaK - Not sure if we're experiencing the same thing, but maybe you recognize some things: We also noticed errors on our Community since a few days. We managed to break it down to:
-Uploading attachments/images were very problematic (this was a Khoros outage, should be solved as of yesterday: Khoros Status)
-Using certain URL's in replies are problematic (still ongoing, local/loopback-URL's seem to be affected especially)
-Using an @-Mentioning in Care, will result in an internal error when trying to post the reply (should be solved, noticed on Khoros Status)
-Editing a post with attachments and/or URL's will (still) result in a 403 forbidden
-General slowness (seem to have improved in the meantime)

Hi Alex! Could you start a support ticket on the URL's in replies and editing a post with attachments and/or URLs resulting in a 403 forbidden?

I'd love to, but the "Start Chat"-button required to create a support ticket does absolutely nothing for me. I tried 3 different browsers, incognito, clearing cookies and disabling all browser-plugins. I e-mailed just now instead, hope it suffices.- CarolineS26 days agoBoss
In my experience, the "Need Support?" button at the bottom right works even when the "Start Chat" button doesn't. Worth trying that the next time you need to start a support case (hopefully not too soon...)

Our community was upgraded to 25.9 on 30/09 at 01:52 AM and on 30/09 our members noticed issues with uploading images as well. On 01/10, our members confirmed it was fixed. I wasn't subscribed to the Khoros Status page YET, so wasn't aware it was a general issue. Thanks for sharing that info, Alex-VFZ !
