We have seen 403 errors for a week now. Starting last Friday, no one could log into our Classic Community until Sunday morning. Meaning no new forums posts, no knowledge articles, just a dead site with no access to admin control. That was resolved then since Monday, no ability to create knowledge articles of any type for this entire week. This should be an incident.

wcook​ I just got a reply on my e-mail and they have published it as an incident now: Khoros Status

In the meantime, might be worth checking out: We are seeing some (not exclusively) 403-errors with certain HTML code in messages, especially older ones. It's not my expertise, so it's a guess so far, but maybe there was a change in css/html-validation.

    Hey Alex-VFZ​ - Incident was created and then 10 minutes later it looks like the issue was resolved. Hopefully the same for you. We will continue to monitor to make sure it holds.
