Bad news: the RTE editor fix is not working: you can set settings in the editor but when you publish or the save the post they all get blown out

The table properties of the RTE (Cell spacing, Cell padding, Border width, Border style, Border color, and Background color) now work as expected. The values entered are properly saved, and the issue of border style properties being incorrectly placed in the Border width input field has been resolved.
If so, it seems to be working okay in prod for our community.

Excellent, its not in our staging - a support engineer said they could get it working but as we demonstrated to them, even if we do the exact same thing they did.. on posting the background colors etc all get blown out.
Not sure if its a migration to aurora issue or something unique about our instance but something isn't 'as expected' for us.
