AshaC can you please clarify what formats are accepted for closed captions? The screenshot here seems to indicate .srt / .vtt but the system seems to only accept XML? (like this: https://community.khoros.com/t5/Images-and-video/Add-Closed-Caption-files-to-videos/ta-p/183368 )
