Khoros Marketing platform now online.

Khoros Marketing platform is now online and ready for many users to login. 

 

All non-SSO users will need to perform a password reset before logging in. Some users may need to contact their Company Global Admin to be re-enabled. 

 

For all Company Global Admins, please review your email for specific instructions on next steps.

    Thank you for the update - our IT/Cyber Security teams are inquiring if any personal data and/or social account data was extracted from the third party violation and what precautions you recommend our teams taking?

  • Hi there,

    My team and I do seem to be able to access the platform again, which is a great start, but we wanted to verify that what we're seeing currently is expected user behavior at this time:

    - We can access our content calendars, but we are still unable to publish or schedule content. Would appreciate if there is a timeline on when publishing functionality will be back up.

    - We are able to access CARE, but our CRM integration is giving us error messages all over that page. It is unclear from these error messages if this is something that will correct itself as the rest of the platform gets back up, or if we will need to work with engineers again to rebuilt this custom integration.

    -We can reauthenticate accounts, but it is unclear if we need to at this point. I've received a lot of miss-matched messages on this from conversations with my rep and an engineer over the line, and over these updates. All 30ish of our accounts appear to be properly connected, and our rep and the engineer he connected with us have told us they do not need to be reauthenticated, but recent blog updates and alerts state that they do. Would appreciate some clarity here.

    -The intelligence and reporting tabs are still unaccessbily, and when I click them I get a buggy "Submit Form" page that continues to self attempt to load, refresh, load, refresh, etc giving me a shakey, plain white page

     

  • Platform as a whole appears to be down again. Unable to get even the login page to load.

     

    Assuming that it's best to halt on that support ticket for now, unless the site is expected to be back up & running currently.

    eischill Is your CRM integration one of our productized integrations (ex Salesforce), or a custom integration?

    I actually believe our team worked directly with you on our integration. It is a custom integration set up with Marketo.

    eischill Your team definitely does not need to rebuild anything! At most, the integration may just need to be reauthenticated. Can you email me screenshots of the error(s) you are seeing?

  • VivekG -- the site is completely down for us currently, but I do have a screengrab from the brief window when we could access about 2 hours ago.
