Custom Metrics
Within Khoros Marketing Analytics, customers now have the ability to create their own custom metrics. For now the custom metrics can only be found in Data Exports. We will follow up with adding Custom Metrics to the dashboards and widgets in the coming weeks (table widgets should be out before the end of August as we commented here), but we wanted to put this in your hands as quickly as possible to use and provide feedback.

New improvements to the Message Importer support uploading multiple text and URL posts across multiple networks and accounts to save you and your stakeholders time when batch uploading up to 200 posts into the platform.

Thanks to this idea posted to the Khoros Marketing Ideas board, the Tweets CSV export now includes a column for Sentiment.
Publishing
Edit titles of posts after publication
We’ve added the ability to edit the title of a post after you have published it. Before this feature, if you forgot to update the title of a post at publication, you were not able to do so later. Now, if you forget (and we’ve all been there), you can update the title of your post at any time, which allows you to easily see the context of your content on the calendar and in exports.
French language display for publishing window
When your browser is set to French language the publishing window (reached by clicking Create in the top navigation toolbar) will now appear in French.
Vault
Vault user export
Vault admins can now download a full report of all of their users and the accounts to which they have access. The report can be requested via an 'Export' button in the Users section of the Vault Admin.
