Multi-Factor Authentication

Khoros Marketing, in addition to email-based Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), now supports both SMS and Authenticator App MFA (ex: Microsoft Authenticator, Google Authenticator).

Moderation

In order to minimize Instagram API service disruptions and increase overall platform stability for you, we are changing display of Instagram comment replies. The change is to flatten display support for comment replies instead of nesting comment replies for Instagram in Khoros Social Marketing.
