Previously, we received emails announcing our specific site's staging and production upgrade dates (as these were a bit different on a per-community basis, as far as I know). Will these be part of the process going forward? Below is a example of one of these emails (the example is from 2022, but we received them until the IgniteTech acquisition; this was just the first one I found in my email).
I see that a Khoros employee ( KhanhT ) "liked" my comment here. But I'd like an answer about the question. Does the "like" indicate that you will provide these?
Hi Caroline! The release process going forward will be as stated in this post however I'll see what I can do to add emails to the process in the future! I cannot say for sure it's a yes just yet but I'll definitely update you (and possibly come to you with some questions) once I have something to share.
