Clarification question on the process:
"After we post the release notes , customers will be notified and have a week to provide feedback to their Customer Representatives on the upcoming release."
Can I assume that commenting on the release notes article with our feedback is equivalent to letting our CR know?

Claudius​ I think it's safe to assume that commenting on the release notes article is NOT equivalent to letting your CR know... Seems like the release notes comments are only sporadically monitored (as is evidenced by your question here from Sept 11 not getting any response from Khoros, and me commenting on Sept 29!)
