Our production is still on 25.8, despite being beyond the maintenance window for today's promised release (Production rollout: September 29). LucyL are you aware of any updates to the release schedule? We'd appreciate communication when things do not happen as scheduled.
It appears this is still in progress. I'm absolutely digging into this so I can provide an update ASAP.
Due to unforeseen circumstances, AMER was unable to go out today and has been scheduled for the same time tomorrow. APAC should be updated and EMEA is on schedule for today. Status Page has been updated: https://status.khoros.com/ - and all future updates will be updated there if there's any more delays! I'll also update this thread.
Hi LucyL, I'm still somewhat confused, how we get notifications about upgrades in the future. In the past, we got individual notifications when we were scheduled for upgrade and upon completion of an upgrade, separate for each environment. That was very useful for planning purposes (tests).
Is it, that the general schedule will be communicated with release notes and the further proceeding with updates from status.khoros.com?Hello!
At the current moment all update schedules (dates) will be communicated with release notes and status should show the maintenence as well as any updates there.
My production site (in AMER region) is on 25.9 as of 2:28am on Tuesday Sept 30.
