Access to API docs for a community member?

We have a community member who wants to make use of Khoros APIs so he can ask his Google Assistant how many kudos he has (I think he's kinda joking, but also kinda serious?). But, I'm not sure how t...

    They just need to register on Atlas. Once, registered, they have full access to dev docs.

Yes, I had a few Super Users asking for API docs as well. They were part of a French language volunteer moderation team and build some browser extensions that helped them with spam combatting. I think it's common for tech affine communities that a few coders ask for more details. And with read access there is not much harm they can do.
