Hi Fellsteruk 

 

as far as I am aware it is not currently possible to inject code exactly after the <body> tag. You can place the code in the "Header" section of your skin, which will place in the higher possible place in the DOM structure with a customization (excluding client side DOM handling). You can also look at this earlier thread, just in case it is relevant for your use case.
