Is there a way I can add a custom collection into the community? I know messages, users, boards and etc. are built-in collections. Is there a way I can create a custom collection through LiQL?

Custom collections are not possible, but it is possible to have custom fields added to existing ones.

Can you give me an example of how to add a custom field into a user resource?
Let's say different users are subscribed to different Internet plans. For example, user alpha subscribes to 940/880 speed, while user beta subscribes to 500/500 speed. How would I add these fields into the user resource?

We for example use custom attributes extensively with badges. We assign users a custom user attribute such as true/false, which then triggers the badge logic to run and assign the badges.
