Is there is way to get the forum type topics in the whole community through rest api?

The count method can work:

http://tapatalk.demo.lithium.com/tapatalk/restapi/vc/topics/style/board/count?&restapi.format_detail=full_list_element&restapi.response_style=view&restapi.response_format=json

But the following method can not work for get topic list:

http://tapatalk.demo.lithium.com/tapatalk/restapi/vc/topics/style/board?page_size=10&page=1&restapi.format_detail=full_list_element&restapi.response_style=view&restapi.response_format=json

The error info I got is:

I do not know why?
