I think the method you're looking for is style/style/recent, for example:

http://tapatalk.demo.lithium.com/tapatalk/restapi/vc/topics/style/board/recent?page_size=10&page=1&restapi.format_detail=full_list_element&restapi.response_style=view&restapi.response_format=json
