We've used some CSS and JS, text editor, and even some custom components in the past to make changes or add functionality to the page but haven't been able to edit this area directly. I'd like to know if there's a way.

for certain requirements, a possibility could be a form customization, but for now this would require an engagement with Lithium Professional Services. What I suggest is to get in touch with the relevant project manager to review and scope up the required work. It really depends on what needs to be achieved in detail.

We need to make some changes on the "Choose a label" section on the post page, we actually want to add our own "Choose a label" module which works the way default is working, but just have the descriptions of the labels alongside.
