As per my knowledge this feature is not available in the community. As per the idea (http://community.lithium.com/t5/Product-Ideas/Add-REST-support-for-manipulating-article-revisions/idi-p/48355), this has been reviewd by Lithium and staus changed to "Uncommitted Candidate" (Dont know what this status means).

VarunGrazitti is correct. Uncommitted Candidate means it's a request that may make sense but is not high enough in terms of prioritization that is likely to get done in a near term timeframe that we can give you an ETA for.
