According to this Article, https://developer.khoros.com/khoroscommunitydevdocs/docs/create-subscriptions-for-another-user
You have take the token of the user you want to subscribe and make the API call like below to subscribe, Please refer to the example given in screenshot.
PS: make sure to put li-api-session-key in Header
