auto-suggestion code?
We have a support form on our community where our customers can send an email to support. Is it possible to add a suggestion code (similar to the search feature)?

Hi jchen ,
is it a normal forum message form? if yes, you just need to enable search before post on that board.
if not, you may have to code your own search before post. like this
