Is there anyway to sync one environment pages to different Environment(Production to Stage).

If you're able to see a badge in <CREATE> but not in the <MANAGE> tab this means that the badge hasn't gone live yet. If you navigate to create tab and hover over each badge you should see a <GO LIVE> button, you have to click this for each badge to be pushed live.

Environment Sync's are only possible via support so I'd support you raise a ticket for this, however, it may be a professional services task depending on size but the support guys will confirm when you raise a ticket.
Fellsteruk : We created a Badge by taking formula from Production and can able to create it. Then still it is not activated.
We can able to see the created badge in the Create tab but not in the Manage tab

Fellsteruk : Thanks for your valuable Information and now we can able to see the "GO LIVE" button.
If we click on GO LIVE button the badge will activate for that Particular environment or it will effect in Production too.

It will only go live in the environment you are in, Clicking the <GO LIVE> button doesn't push it from stage into production, it just makes that badge live in stage for example but if you create a badge in production and lick go live it will be live in your production site.
