OK..
So there would be meetings for every community project regarding best practices.
so it differs from project to projects.
but there would be some standard best practices or general best practices that has to be followed by customers.
Can you please share...

For additional details I suggest getting in touch with your Lithium Account Manager so you can see what a standard SOW looks like around the delivery of this Lithium Service.

As a general policy, I dont think we put Statement of Work documents on the Lithosphere (even the template).
I always think that the SOW is the best high-level view of the Lithium Launch Process. Of course there are a million little details that are subsequently shared with a customer once they have assigned resources to the project (Project Manager, Community Manager, etc), but it all starts with a concise and descriptive SOW.
Again, if you'd like to see the best "starter document", I'd begin with your SOW. Your best resource for that is your Lithium Account Manager.
