best practices for community launch
I need a help to understand what are the best practices for lithium community launch. Any guidelines regarding this please reply.

Do you have any document or link to any knowledge base which will have a brief idea about how the community launches are done in best way??
As a general policy, I dont think we put Statement of Work documents on the Lithosphere (even the template).
I always think that the SOW is the best high-level view of the Lithium Launch Process. Of course there are a million little details that are subsequently shared with a customer once they have assigned resources to the project (Project Manager, Community Manager, etc), but it all starts with a concise and descriptive SOW.
Again, if you'd like to see the best "starter document", I'd begin with your SOW. Your best resource for that is your Lithium Account Manager.
