I recognize that having a blog teaser creates the "Read More" functionality on each blog post on the blog page. Is there a way to enable that without using the teaser based on something like blog post length, etc without creating a custom module? Thanks.
If you don't put in a blog teaser, the system will take a small section of the actual blog body and create the show more from that. The only difference is that you won't be able to control what shows up on the blog page or where it breaks the text.
Hello!
Currently when we enter the blog text into the body field and leave the teaser field blank, the entire text is visible on the blog overview page. It would be great if this would automatically show only a snippet as KaelaC advises it should. Is there something we need to do to enable this? Or, is it a bug that it's not automatically doing it?
