@ Alok. correct its a simple page but I want to implement this same on board. can you please suggest me some poitner for that??

I cannot access your URLs as these are staging ones and password protected. Anyways, in this case, you can try using the context objects to get the node of the page and then use the same code for item 1 and same logic for item 2.
