Boards identification and visibility

I have a board in our community with below link

 

https://community.domain/t5/forums/postpage/board-id/@support

 

 

 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 

When i used Liql to search based on board id I am able to retrieve the data with board being hidden and depth as 1.

I tried to search in our community structure, but couldn't find it. This was developed by our Professional services team and I am unable to find it in our studio.

Any help would be really appreciated.

    raguv12ps, You will not find this page anywhere in the community structure.

    This is case create page, and its linked with new cases created in case portal on your community.

      Parshant  Thanks for the reply.

      I needed to do some changes on the new Case Page for our community like adding new products in the "Product" select box.

      Right now I am unable to find it in studio. Is there any way to find this board in studio?

        raguv12ps,

        Customization on this page cannot be scoped under studio changes. You need to contact and request with Khoros PS service to make the changes on there side for this page.
