Can we allow users to send Private messages to admin and moderators only?

Hi,

we restrict users by sending private messages to other users by denying permission for PM.

but can we allow users to send private messages to admin and moderators only and vice versa?

    Dhiraj, I think unfortunately the permissions for private messages are not granular enough to support that. The private support feature can be used to escalate in such a way that moderators can see, but it is not the same functionality as a private message (i.e. just one specific person will see it).
