Can we Bulk Import "Category Expert" Contextual Roles?

I have over a hundred "Category Experts" to add to 26 boards.  (different experts per board.) In the documentation, I do not see anything on Bulk Import supporting contexts, so I'm assuming it's not...

keithkelly I can see the Import Roles tab also on boards:

did you try the import there? Will it import globally regardless?
