Can we have a badge as a prerequisite for ranks?

Can we have a badge as a prerequisite for changing rank levels? Also, can we have the ranks increase based on that points threshold instead of # of posts, # of kudos etc.? So in theory, someone could...

Got the solution. The ranks can be tied to the roles and roles to badges, so we can do this.

For the points, we figured out the formula.
