Can we revert admin changes in Announcements?

if you're looking for something like an undo/redo function, you will have no luck. :(

Community Administrator doesn't offer such functionality.

I would recommend storing your announcements in local files (*.txt, *.html or whatever) and track them through a version control system. Maybe you could add them to your source code repository (if you got one) for your community customizations (components, styles, assets and so on).
