Category Expert feature is not visible

Hi all,

I was trying to configure category expert feature, but I didn't find the tab under :

 

Community Admin > Users 

 

I was searching it at community level. I assigned role of category expert to few users also.

 

What would be the problem, can anyone help?

    Hi dhiraj,

     

    It may be that the feature is not enabled in your community. My advice is to open a query with our support department so that they can double check this and enable it when applicable.
