change values in escalation via rest api

Hi,   I have escalated a post via email and it gets escalated. Later on I want to change some field values in that via rest api.   eg, want to change the comment or reason   Is it possible?  ...

I don't think this is possible at the moment. Have you considered submitting an idea for this? What is the particular use case you are investigating?
