Community API URL, how to construct

1. What is the difference between the tenantid and the clientid?

2. For version1, I had to pass my id in the form username:password@username. Is that the same with version2?

The getting started is just saying to contact support to find tenantId and clientId. Is it the only way to get them and build API URI ?

Just to improve yourselves, i am just beginning to use API and we are not independant to begin interaction with API. This could be easy to give theses 2 ideas on the Studio side no ?
