Lindsey, There is no such component which can use to reply in forumtopic page. Only way to do this is to use quick reply for that particular thread or take user to the main reply post page.
So I could add a quick reply button to the bottom of the page and have it be a reply to the main thread, and maybe click it open with javascript or something? Only issue with that is that we get a warning on our community when we try to click a reply button when a reply box is already opened, wouldn't we get a warning saying that there is already a reply in progress if someone clicks on another quick reply button?
