We have some pre-defined tags in admin. We want to add some more tags in it. But some how we are not able to add them in Admin. We don't allow users to add there own tags. But we give them a priviledge to select tags from given tag list. This list was configured early days, so we do not have any idea how that was done. Can any one tell me how can we add tags in Admin.

You might want to consider using either custom tags or labels instead for what you're after. Tags are really designed to be added by anybody, if they have the permission to do so. The list that you're seeing is probably comprised of tags that other contributors have added to posts themselves rather than by an administrator. Custom tags and labels both give administrators a lot more control over which words/terms are used and labels can also be made mandatory and be predefined at the board level.

You can either delete or rename existing tags but I believe new tags are only added as and when messages are tagged by users.
As I mentioned, custom tags and labels can be predefined.
