Content in Private Knowledge Base automatically excluded from Search results
We're setting up a tribal knowledge base and would like to keep some of the knowledge base boards private for internal viewing only. I would assume that the search results would act similarly for discussion boards, where search results returned would not show posts that are located in private boards unless the specific users have permissions to view those boards. This would also apply for tkb boards as well, correct?
That is correct. In fact, this very Lithosphere is a good example in action. There are many internal facing TKB articles on Lithosphere that customers, partners and anonymous visitors do not see in the search results.
