Cookie banner doesn't show up

Hi folks. Just looking into the OOB cookie banner as mentioned in 18.6, but it's not showing up.

Our community has been customized, so I'm wondering if perhaps I'm just missing the component in the header.

Would anyone mind sharing what it's called? :)

    You just need to Turn on cookie policy notification banner option and enter the URL for your cookie/privacy policy. It will automatically display the cookie banner in header, when you are not logged in or visit to your community as an anonymous user.
