It should be possible to add the button to the comment messages as well, by adding the "report-abuse-mobile" custom component to the "SimpleCommentMessage" quilt (that's used for Blog as well), and adjust the css styling.

 

I did a quick test and seems to work, but it would require some more testing to confirm it's really working as expected.
