custom search component
We're hoping to add a search component to our customer portals so that they can search the community and find answers quickly. I've poked around but haven't had much luck. Where can we find the code for this?
Hi jchen , another "ready to use" solution (i.e. with minimal development effort) may be to set up an "Ask a question" Activecast widget. The user would be able to type a question, see potential answers (which is a targeted search pretty much) , and an option to post in the community if the suggestions are not satisfactory.
