"Custom tags" compont id

We had removed the "custom tags" component from the ForumMessage layout and would like to readd it now. I can't find it in studio's "Components" listing though. Anyone knows the id for this component...

        <component id="modbar-toggle"/>
    <component id="modbar"/>

    Thanks, Adam. That's exactly what I was looking for and judging by the component id probably would've never found myself.

    Also wondering why it's not included in Studio's "Components" listing... ;)
