Customize Accepted Solution - banner

Hello everyone,

 

I am trying to customize the accepted solution for my community, but needs some help getting it setup.

This is what I am going for: If post is a solution, we would like to have a highly visible banner on top.

Can anyone give me some pointers in setting this up?
