Customize notification for a single thread

Hello,   Is it possible to customize an outgoing email notification for a single thread? I would like to format the text and include some graphics. Is this possible?   Thanks, Thomas

I've received notification with images in ... so I assume that's possible to do it.

 

My guess is that the notification template pulls the entire message. Have a look at the context object and try to add anything that could pull the message content. And give it a go on stage!
