Customize Post and Topics to add message translation button

We want to add support for message translation in different languages e.g. French, japanese etc. For that we require 2 things :

1. How to customize Post& Topics Page?

2. Is there any in-built feature for translation?

    Hi hpandey 

    as far as I know there is no built-in localization support for your community content. I have seen Lingotek API integrations though, which (don't quote me on that) offers machine-translation (e.g. automatic) that can afterwards be manually improved by humans etc.
