Customizing Lithium elements i.e. Escalation on a post
Hi All,
I am looking in Lithum to try and start customizing the layout and elements of a post i.e. to view field details and add in values for picklists. where in the platform can I do this please?
I do not have access to training materials by the way so if there is a link, perhaps if a file could be attached?

The position of different components on the page is easily configurable via Studio (web-based interface).
The layout of elements within the in-built components is only customisable via CSS (and JavaScript potentially).
If you want fine-grained control over the the contents of individual components, you either need to create them yourself (using the API etc.) or engage Lithium professional services.
