3. There is no such kind of file utils.logs to maintain log in SDK.
I found in Developer documentation a freemarker context object called "Utils" in that "Logger" is a instance is used for printing the debug information in the Logs. I need the inforamtion related to it,
1.) where do i can get logs created by Utils object ?
2.) how do we get access to it to different environments like Dev, stage,live etc ?

You can see audit logs in https://<your_communty_url>/t5/bizapps/bizappspage/tab/community%3Aadmin%3Amoderatortools%3Aaudit-logs
My question is not about audit logs, It is about Util.logs which is used in the components fro debugging purpose.
Where can i see the debug info printed in the logs, which is created by Utils.log
