Difference between Float topics for all users and Float this top to the top
Hi, Can any one help me to know the Difference between Float topics for all users and Float this top to the top.

Float top for all users - this option is shown to moderator and admin only. If moderator, click on that option that message will be always come to top for all the community user.
Float this tip to the top - This option is shown only to logged in user. If user click on this option this message will always come to top, but only for that particular user who clicks on it.
