Display varying by device

We're using Lithium as a 3rd party application that appears as our message boards at a publically accessible site. We're noticing elements displaying differently on different mobile devices. Items in tabbed navigation lists are appearing on iOS but not on Windows phones or Android. What's the best way to handle descrepencies within mobile operating systems?

    Can you show a screenshot of what you're seeing? I'm unable to reproduce the issue with this community on a few devices from either of the platforms you mentioned.
