Do we have any way to grant and revoke a specific permission?

Hi,   I want to enable HTML tag for logged in user and after insertion of some body I want to again disable it.   I am thinking to grant "Use full HTML in posts and signatures" permission to logg...

We do not have a way currently to grant and revoke permissions outside of the permissions admin tab.  Depending on what your use-case is, there might be an alternative way to achieve it.  Can you give a bit more detail about your use-case?  Feel free to private message me if you don't want to post the information in this thread.
