Externalization of Lithium

Hi,

i am new to Lithium and just wanted to know if Lithium supports the below customizations:

1. External Moderation of Comments - I have my own moderating systema and i want to route the comment entered by a user to my own moderation system.

2. External Authentication & Authorization - i have my user data in a seperate LDAP node, can i sync users from this LDAP into Lithium. Similarly can i apply the custom capabilities for these users.

Can someone guide me regarding the above queries?
