Floating threads option not coming in the threads dropdown
We have an issue on our stage where we are not able to see the Floating threads option on the options dropdown. Any way I could have disabled it? I havent made any changes related to it and the float...
The option to float is part of the topic menu. It's a bit hard to tell but from the screenshot it looks like you may be using the message menu. Here is an example from this very post
