Hi,
Are you using single sign on within your community? If so this could be why... if not it may be worth raising a support ticket.
Does this happen for all accounts or just this one? if its just this one account is the email address correct? "sorry i know thats a silly question"

Fellsteruk Yes, we are using Single sign on and it is happening to all the users.
